About me

Life can be challenging, and for some, it can be even tougher. I am one of those people. My name is Paul Carracher, and I have struggled with my mental health all my life. This personal battle has fuelled my passion to break the cycle for future generations, so they do not waste years of their lives feeling unhappy and unfulfilled, ultimately struggling in their adulthood.

Mission

As the founder of the Young Lives Matter organisation, my mission is to enhance the wellbeing and mental health of today's youth. Our organisation is dedicated to providing peer coaching and mentoring, along with promoting mental health through sport. We aim to equip young people with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges effectively and build a fulfilling, healthy future.

Experience

Having been on the frontline of chaotic situations throughout my life, I have gained invaluable skills in managing difficult and complex circumstances. This experience enables me to offer practical and empathetic support to those in need, ensuring they receive the guidance necessary to thrive.

I am also a qualified football coach with the following:

Children’s 1.1,1.2,1.3 coaching award

Youth and adult 1.1,1.2,1.3 coaching award

In conclusion, my journey through the struggles of mental health has not only shaped my life but has also fuelled my determination to make a difference for future generations. Through the Young Lives Matter organisation, I am committed to enhancing the wellbeing and mental health of today's youth by providing essential peer coaching, mentoring, and promoting mental health through sport. My experiences in managing challenging situations have equipped me with the skills to offer practical and empathetic support, ensuring young people have the guidance they need to thrive. As a qualified football coach with extensive certifications, I leverage my expertise to create positive, supportive environments where young individuals can grow and succeed. Together, we can break the cycle of unhappiness and unfulfillment, empowering the youth to build healthy, fulfilling futures.
